DICA welcomes a new Inline cleaner to their production floor. May 28, 2009 DICA has acquired a new Wash—the Galaxy Plus inline cleaner manufactured by Technical Devices Inc. This will improve the quality of our cleaning process, cut down the cycle time and increase cleaning capacity. The machine includes chemical isolation which will allow us better flexibility on solder paste choices.

A Positive Story for Strong Growth Amid Downsizing and Closures in the Manufacturing April 25, 2009 DICA Electronics Ltd. has completed an almost $1,000,000 expansion to our facility and were awarded just over $130,000 by the Eastern Ontario Development Fund (EODF). DICA Electronics Ltd. makes the Ottawa Business Journal's Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies' list for the 2nd year in a row. April 22, 2009 On April 22nd, it was announced that DICA made the ’Top Ten Fastest Growing Companies‘ in Ottawa list for the second year in a row. Companies are ranked by percentage revenue growth between year one and year three of their most recent three-year period, and must have completed financial statements subject to a review engagement or formal audit. In year one, companies must have a minimum revenue of $100,000 and by year three, a minimum of $1,000,000. All companies must be cash-flow positive in all three years. DICA Awarded $133,050 by the Eastern Ontario Development Fund March 16, 2009 Fast-growing DICA Electronics Ltd. in Carleton Place is expanding the scope of services it provides to Ottawa-area hi-tech companies.
